By accessing or using Orkhest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Orkhest ("we", "us", or "our").

Orkhest is a project ownership tracking platform that helps organizations monitor who owns what, detect orphan risks when employees depart, and manage knowledge continuity across teams.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfering with other users' use of the Service, transmitting harmful code, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing cycles, pricing, and cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orkhest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
